Serves 2

200g Chicken Thigh Fillets sliced
1Tbsp Coconut oil
50g Valcom Thai Style Laksa Paste
200ml Coconut milk
100g Prawns, cooked and peeled
100g Bean sprouts
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
2 Tbsp Fish sauce
2 Tbsp Lime juice
4 drops Stevia Liquid
1 pkt Shiratake noodles
1. In frypan brown Chicken thighs in Coconut oil
2. Add Laksa paste and cook gently
3. Add Coconut milk and simmer till Chicken is cooked through, then remove from heat 4. Add rest of ingredients and let sit for 5 mins while you prepare noodles.
5. Spoon into bowls and top with fresh green herbs and red chilli.
