LeanCo Keto Sushi!

Serves 1

2 Nori sheets

100g Smoked salmon or Tinned Tuna in 2 Cos lettuce leaves

1/2 Avocado sliced

1 Shallot sliced in two

1 Celery stick sliced in two

2 thin Carrot sticks Pickled ginger and Wasabi to taste

1 Tbsp Sesame oil and Tamari


1. Roll fish and veggies in Nori

2. Dip into Tamari and Sesame oil and ENJOY!!
