LeanCo Low Carb Pizza (chicken crust)

300g Cooked chicken(canned,drained chicken breast works well to)
50g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg
Garlic clove minced, herbs as desired
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Passata
1.Pre heat oven to 200 degrees fan-forced
2.Place all ingredients except Passata into food processor and pulse until crumb-like.
2.Drop mixture onto baking paper.Cover with cling wrap and roll into pizza shape...the cling wrap makes this whole process much easier as the mixture doesn't stick to the rolling pin.
3.Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40mins or until golden.
4.Spread with Passata and add desired toppings and bake for a further 10 mins.
5.Serve with a green salad...soooo delicious,I have also used leftover Lamb roast for the crust with Middle Eastern toppings.
We also love Smoked Salmon on top with cream cheese and Rocket-Go crazy!!
