LeanCo Keto Brownies

1/2 cup(125g) Butter melted OR substitute half the butter for 85% dark chocolate for more indulgent!

1/2 cup Natvia Baking Blend (Stevia and Erythritol)

3 large Eggs

1/2 teasp Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Almond meal

1/3 cup Organic Raw Cacao/Cocoa

1 tbsp Gelatin powder

1/2 teasp Baking powder

1/4 teasp Salt

1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips/nuts(optional)


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.Line a 7cm x 26cm non-stick pan with baking paper.

2. Melt butter,chocolate and sweetener on low heat. Whisk eggs and vanilla.

3. Combine dry ingredients and add egg mixture, beat well and then add butter mixture, you can now stir in choc chips or nuts if desired.

4. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 25-30mins.Brownie should be cooked around the edges and soft in the centre.Let cool completely in pan before slicing, garnish with coconut. Eat as they are or add some fresh berries and cream for a dessert treat.
