LeanCo Grain Free Granola

Step by step recipe to our crunchy grain free deliciousness!


50g Raw Macadamias

50g Walnuts

50g Almonds

50g Brazil Nuts

50g Pepita and Sunflower Seeds whole

2tbsp Coconut oil

1egg

1tbsp Natvia granulated sweetener

50g Unsweetened Coconut flakes


1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C

2. Pulse nuts in food processor until chunky

3. Add seeds

4. Beat egg, coconut oil and sweetener

5. Mix wet ingredients with nuts and seeds

6. Spread onto baking sheet and bake 15-20mins or until golden

7. Let cool completely before adding coconut flakes

8. Store in airtight container in fridge(will keep fresher for longer)


Serve with dollop Greek Yogurt and 1/2 Cup berries
