Recipe makes 4 serves...great meal prep for weekday lunches.

400g ground Beef, Lamb, Pork, Turkey or Chicken
Garlic clove minced
Teaspoon ground Ginger
300g sliced cabbage or pre-sliced slaw
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
2 stalks Celery sliced
100g Bean sprouts
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 Cup Tamari
Tbsp Sesame oil
1. Brown meat in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add Garlic and Ginger and mix through.
3. Add Vegetables and toss until wilted.
4. Add Tamari and Sesame oil, toss through.
5. Distribute evenly into 4 containers, refrigerate or freeze for later in the week, then before serving, garnish with an egg cooked to your liking, lettuce and fresh Chilli.
