200ml Almond Milk
3 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Stevia to taste
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1. Place ingredients in a Mason jar
2. Place lid on and shake to combine
3. Leave for 5 mins and shake again to break up any clumps
4. Leave in fridge overnight and serve with berries in the morning.
