2 Cups Almond flour

1/4 Cup Psyllium Husk powder

1 Tbsp Gluten Free Baking powder

1/2 Teaspoon salt

4 Large Eggs beaten

1/4 Cup Butter or Coconut oil melted

1/2 Cup hot water




1. Preheat oven to 175C

2. Spray a small loaf tin with coconut oil , or line with baking paper.

3. Place large mixing bowl on scale and add dry ingredients. Zero scale in between,you need to be accurate,stir dry ingredients till well combined.

4.Mix eggs, butter/oil and water in a jug, add to dry ingredients and mix at high speed till combined.

5.Transfer the batter to lined baking tin,press/smooth top evenly forming rounded top

It may not look perfect but it will bake up fine.

7. Place in oven for about 50- 60 mins until a toothpick comes out clean and top is nice and crusty.

8. Leave loaf in pan for 5 mins then remove and cool on wire rack.

9. Slice when cold and refrigerate or freeze.
