LeanCo Cheesy Party Crackers

Ever go to a party and you have to avoid the "starters" because of those damn crackers? We have the answer for you! These yum low carb alternatives to crackers are a perfect way to still enjoy your cheese and dips without falling off your diet. Enjoy 3-4 squares.

Ingredients
1cup almond flour 1/2 cup flax meal 2 tbsp psyllium husks 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup boiling water Preheat oven to 160C
Method 1. Mix dry ingredients,add cheese 2. Add water and mix well until dough forms 3. Divide dough into two,place one between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll out until very thin,cut dough into 16 pieces,remove top layer of baking paper and place dough on baking tray.Repeat with other half of dough 4. Bake for 40mins or until crisp and golden 5. Seal and store at room temperature for 5 days or freeze for up to 3 mths
Tip
These are great on the go, keep them in your pantry so if you have any spontaneous events to go to grab a handful in a ziplock bag and you are good to go!
